Created with your mind, in our mind...

All of the products you'll find here are designed with your mind, in ours.

Minds That Matter was born as a result of our own struggles with mental health.

And for that reason we made a promise to never sell any product which we haven’t found beneficial to our own mental wellbeing.

We hope you find them as helpful as we do.

Gratitude Journal

'Be thankful for what you have, you'll end up having more; if you concentrate on what you don't have, you'll never have enough.'

Morning thoughts/ nighttime notes

'Writing in a journal each day allows you to direct your focus to what you accomplished, what you are grateful for and what you're committed to doing better tomorrow.'

Happiness Journal

'The answer lies within ourselves. If we can't find peace and happiness there, it's not going to come from the outside.'

We don’t trust the past or future...

‘Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present’

 -Bill Keane (cartoonist)

The past is a game of Chinese whispers. We hear those whispers when we ‘remember’ and the story we hear changes a little bit more every time.

The future is even more deceitful. So much stress comes from the cold hard fact that we cannot control it.

However, by bringing people into the present, we believe that we can make the past a bit more bearable and the future a little more promising.
