Hi, I’m Molly, the founder of Minds That Matter.
Our mission here is simple… to give the gift of the present moment.
We live in a world that is very hard to switch off from, finding ourselves bombarded with information every-single-second of the day. It’s really not surprising that we currently in a Mental Health crisis.
I have been a victim of the never-enough culture too. I found myself stressed, anxious and never able to switch off.
That’s when I discovered the practice of Mindfulness… and my journey in discovery about mental health began.
A lot has happened since then!
I have since had the humbling opportunity to work as a mental health- health care assistant in a psychiatric hospital and as a qualified mental health first aider.
Through my work and study of Mental Health, I have realised something… people do not make time for themselves!

Part of top athletes training regime is resting. They're all too aware that their bodies need time to recover for them to perform at the top of their game. The same is true of our minds.
But when speaking to people about their Mental Health, I find a recurring theme…
People overlook or do not even consider the importance of giving their mind this period of rest.
I needed to do something about this.
A lot of research and some stressful months later (yes, I still get stressed from time to time) and Minds That Matter was born.

We are working hard to stay up to date on the latest breakthroughs in mental health so we can continue to help you to help yourself.
We cannot wait to share our plans for the future (even though we’re still living in the present).
